Catching Up

Weekly Report #23

2/25/19 to 3/3/19

This week had been one of less pressure as there was no assessment or any other assignment due at the end of the week. Therefore, the time was spent catching up on the more basic yet still important aspects of ISM, which was the website, and even getting ahead on future tasks such as getting started on designing the final presentation invitation card. On top of that, I was even able to schedule a mentor observation for the following Tuesday to sit in on an NGRI release committee meeting and one for the Friday to talk to my mentor about the final product idea. The goal from last week was not able to be accomplished since the deposition had gotten cancelled, but I was quick to get another opportunity.

The goal for this week is to be able to finally speak to my mentor in person about the

current final product idea and be able to finalize all my thoughts into a more enjoyable one, because I have been recently having second thoughts about it. The plan to do this is to email Dr. Dunn on Monday to set a time to meet on Friday so this can happen. The plan is to also talk to him about the comments from Mr. Speice, and what his opinions on the idea overall are. The second goal of the week is to finish the assessment by Tuesday. Therefore, more time will be spent concentrating on final product. I plan to do this by utilizing the entire class time Monday to work on finishing this and then only needing to finish it up or edit it at home over that same day and the day after.
